Hello, My name is Cheyanna Fields! I am a 25 years old single mom to the most handsome 2 year old! I am hard working ,independent , self driven, detail oriented, self motivated, organized, clean, and cheerful person! I have been a caregiver for a little over 5 years, I love helping others with day to day life skills and needs I always knew I wanted to help people and once I finally started to I knew I never wanted it to end! Helping others makes me feel so much joy just knowing that the person is being properly cared for. I love getting to know each an every person I get the pleasure of working with. I couldn't be more proud of the field of work I'm in helping others takes a special person, lots of patience and a good heart,thankfully God blessed me with all of that because now I get to love what I do l!

I retired from the Army after 21 years. I love to socialize and haven't met anyone that I don't get along with! I love cooking and I'm also available for doing laundry.

I've been a home caregiver to my husband for 58 years of which 37 years he's been disabled. I've raised 3 children and 2 grandchildren. My children and grandchildren are my life! I love my ladies group at church and I'm a cancer survivor since 2001.

I am very passionate about taking care of people and have been since I was a little girl, which I why I became a STNA in February of 2004. The thing I love the most about being a caregiver is that I know that my resident is well taken care of with me. A personal achievement for me is when I became a mother.

I have been a caregiver my entire life, I started out as a CNA at age 17 I did that as well as home health care for several years then I went to college and acquired my associates degree in Medical Assisting. Then I worked at an opthalmology practice for 3 years then a Cardiology center for 2 and most recently I've been employed as a direct care staff taking care of clients in their home. I'm honest, dependable, caring, empathetic and I just love taking care of people.

I have been a CNA for 10 years, and have worked in all different situations in many different facilities. I aspire to go further with my nursing degree, and eventually, hopefully become an RN like my mom. I enjoy being a caregiver because it gives me a sense of purpose, I enjoy helping people. Many life lessons held dearest to my heart, came from the facility where I worked my first 2 years as a CNA. I currently work PRN for an agency based out of Indianapolis. Although I am through an agency, I have been steadily picking up at a facility in Franklin for over 5 years. I am searching for a PRN or part time option closer to home. Hello my name is Michelle Dayton. I have worked in home healthcare for close to 25 years. I have been State certified as a CNA in both Michigan and Indiana. I am not currently certified but I am a registered HHA. I get tremendous enjoyment of taking care of others. My healthcare career started as a volunteer for hospice after I lost my grandparents. I've seen what amazing work they did and how at peace my grandparents were when they passed and I chose to pay it forward. I am a little more picky on the people I take care of then other Aides for two reasons: 1. If the client and I seem to clash it's no good for anyone. So I will not waste your time or my own. I will just respectfully decline the offer. 2. The clients I take on will not be just a clients. I love my people like they're my own family and I will do my absolute best to meet every need they have. If I cannot accomplish that I will find someone who can and put you in touch with them, because there's no sense in your family members being unhappy and uncomfortable in their own home. I feel that I am very caring and compassionate with each and every client that I've had. I believe everyone deserves respect, kindness and a voice( your opinion matters to me!) I will never force your family members to do something they don't want to do. I feel they have live through several wars, a great depression and a whole lot of hardship in the past and now is their time to be pampered. If your family member needs anything or you have questions about anything if I can't answer them I will find the answers and if I have the answers I will let you know.

I am a loving and caring person who takes lots of pride in the work that I do. Taking care of people and helping people is something that I love to do and will probably do this until I can't work anymore! I am in school right now to become a nurse. My end goal is to be a an RN!
