My first ever client taught me how to take one's time in remembering where we come from while cutting the grass with scissors. Well, I have always felt a special connection with people, and that is why I decided to pursue a career in nursing. I have always been amazed with the human body, and everything it entails. I love that my career demands me to be compassionate with people, and loving, which I feel is one key element to be a nurse. What I enjoy most about being a caregiver is that I can provide people with quality of time; sometimes people just need a hug, or someone to talk to, to make their day better. A personal achievement I am proud of is when I had to perform CPR on a resident, and fortunately, he recovered from the heart attack. I feel like nursing is what I always wanted to do, and I am glad I can say that I love what I do.
