A caregiver must gain trust from their "clients/patients", and I'm willing to give them just that. I'm respectful and understand the importance of quality of life. -I've always had an interest for caregiving because I feel during this time in their life is when they need all the love and support the most. They want someone who will be by their side each day to be a support whether it's to listen to them, provide light housekeeping, or assistance with personal care. -To make a difference in someone's life, and to be honest, I may be the only one to make a difference for them. The elderly has a wealth of knowledge that they love to share about life and their experiences. I enjoy their appreciation for you being their caregiver and they seem so grateful. I treat them the same way I would like to be treated and the way I would like my mother to be treated if she needed care. I've been working in this field for over 6years now and I wouldn't change that. My biggest achievement is to grow with the families I work for. I am also CPR/1st AID CERTIFIED.

Why I started being a caregiver because I always loved to help out people in need and seeing the smile on their faces and their loved one because they know their loved one is in good hands and is getting that love and support they need .
