I became a caregiver before I was 18 when my grandfather was diagnosed with colon cancer. I care for him until his death. After High School my first job was as a nurse aide because I knew then that I wanted to help people not by administering medication but by letting them know that someone was there for them and I will help in any way I could. I now have a small Home Care Agency (CORRI CARES HOMECARE) in which I go to the home to take care of elderly or disabled individuals who wish to remain in the comfort of their own homes. I have worked in many areas such as long-term care, Hospitals, memory units, rehabilitation, emergency room and home health. I don't just provide services, I build relationships with my clients.

I am a certified nursing assistant with 14 yrs under my belt also First Aide,BLS,CPI, and CPR certified. I am a 23 year old medical assistant. I fell in love with taking care of patients long before I could even work. I stayed in the hospital most of my childhood life so I was determined to care for people once I got older. I love being a help to others and trying to satisfy everyone needs. I have a whole lot of Patients. Not everyone has patience I've learned that over the years. It's a quality you must obtain working with the elderly. Being able to take care of the elderly when they have lost a step or just need assistant on doing things it really does more harm very well. The thing I like about care giving is the different personalities I have seen over the last year and a 1/2 everyone is different. Everyone has their best traits and worst traits, and you begin to see that throughout the course of time. My personal chevet right now is me moving from my home town just to a random city.I have lived in Texas my whole life never moved and now I'm here.
