One thing in particular that I am most proud of was when I worked with a non verbal 35 year old women with the mentality of a 2 year old I was able to teach her to say more than one word she is now able to say Hi, bye, i love you, and a few more. She was able to communicate using more than one word for the first time in her life.

I grew up in a small town in Utah. My grandparents lived around the corner from my and I spent many years helping them so they could live at home. By helping them sparked my interest in nursing. While I was in high school, I completed my CNA and worked as one for 3 years. I got accepted in nursing school at SUU and have been an RN for almost 2 years now.
