I started off by babysitting children, I took care of my nieces and nephews and along with them I started babysitting their friends and a mother from one of the children wanted me to care for her grandmother, since then I realized caring and nurturing is my passion. Being able to help as much as possible to the ones who need it most brings me joy. Everyone is caring for the children that I feel like our elders are pushed aside .. My compassionate, loving, caring yet strong personality makes me a great caregiver.
I have had experience with care giving for my grandparents. My grandmother had diabetes, cancer, and heart problems and my grandfather had cancer and heart problems. They both lived into their late eighties early nineties and I kept them in the home. I am able to keep house, cook, bathe, drive to appointments, run errands, send the mail to the family, and anything else required, I will also watch movies, read, walk, spend time outdoors, and anything else that interests the individual. I am family oriented. I am married with three children 8,9, and 12. I would have to say that my children are my greatest personal achievement. Next would be my education. I have degrees in criminology, humanities, sociology, psychology, as well as units in ECE. I have an excellent work history in which every job I have worked will say that I am an exemplary employee, responsible, hardworking, reliable, and punctual. A copy of resume will be provided upon request.

I became a caregiver when my father got sick i took care of him for about 4 yrs before he past we went as far as hospice but at least i knew that he was comfortable and was where he wanted to be and that was at home. I feel good about seniors being able to stay in there homes rather then nursing homes. My biggest personal achievement was raising my son by myself and seeing that he is so sucessful. He graduated Fresno State na works for a local news station and for that I'm very proud. I am a mature women with no children living with me so I have all the time in the world to help pleasing others I have my own transportation and I look forward to finding new clients.
