When I was 19 I got my CNA certificate and I realized that my passion was helping others especially senior citizens. I ran a child care for six years from 1994 until 2000. I worked for the county of San Luis Obispo as an addiction specialist through my internship for college and was hired as a paid intern at the same time I was also a caregiver. My last client I cared for had a tube feeding and ended up going into a senior home in September I've worked with a quadriplegic and I've worked for hospice care, palliative care, and I've also worked in facilities in the beginning of my licensing but ended up going independently through a referral service for home care in 2008.
