Rather than focusing on what their loved one can no longer do, i try to be in the moment with them -- looking at photos, listening to music, cooking a favorite meal, remembering that they weren't always sick. I chose to be a caregiver from my childhood taking care of my loved ones in my family whoever got sick and was hospitalized, I was number one to go and take care of them, when I grew up, started to take care of my Mom who had diabetes and High blood pressure, came to America and started working in a small assisted living for people with Alzheimer and my passion for care increased .I was so happy to make a difference in these people and make them smile.

Growing up I was an only child then I lost both of my parents. My father passed away and my mother abandoned me. I am strong willed and can accomplish anything that is presented to me. I love that I can be able to take care of others and showing them the love and help they need since I didn't get that growing up.
