I'm very outgoing and easy to get along with and listen very well and observe thing's as well. I love helping the elderly and love to hear there stories and I feel rewarded when helping them with there daily routines or anything they need help with. I'm very proud of getting certified to work with the elderly and learn everything I know to take care of them with there need's, I know how to take blood pressure's, do cpr, check blood sugar, can give insulin if needed, know how to give showers, and do medicine reminder.

I became a registered nurse right out of high school. I let my license lapse so I could stay home and take care of my family. Now of course I went back to what I love which is being a caregiver. I'm somewhat of an overachiever. I strive every day to make sure the patient feels secure and well cared for.Their happiness is my happiness.

I'm reliable, honest, trustworthy, and driven. I've had a passion for helping others since I was younger, at just about 12 years of age. What I enjoy most is being able to be a helping hand and someone others can count on when in need. I'm proud of the amount of years I put in to the senior community and was given many opportunities to build in this field.

Hello! I had an extensive business career in corporate businesses- recently left after 30 years and am looking for a part-time position that gives back to others! My husband and I have raised 6 kids, 3 of our own and 3 nephews we adopted 8 years ago. I have always had a fondness for the elderly and cared for many in my family. I was born 20 years after my siblings - so my parents raised me in their 50's/60's - I think this had an impact on why I have this fondness. I am very trustworthy, reliable, outgoing, friendly and kind. My rate may not be the lowest, my care and attention will be outstanding. Hello! My name is Annie & thank you for visiting my profile! :) I was a Special Education major for 4.5 years & absolutely loved every minute, but decided it wasn't the right path for me. I started as a RA and decided to go get my CNA license & I'm so thankful I did! I have learned so much over the past 2 years & I'm so very thankful that I work with a fantastic nurse who's willing to show me nursing "things". I can definitely tell you I never ever imagined myself being anywhere near the healthcare field, but have enjoyed myself so far & looking forward to the future! I enjoy being a caregiver because of the 1 to 1 relationships that develop. I like helping patients and seeing them get stronger day by day. I like keeping active with patients wether it be physical activities or mental activities. I enjoy learning about my patients, their history & being a source of support and encouragement. Not a lot bothers me when it comes to bodily functions & find myself able to deal with/handle situations that arise. In my personal life, I enjoy reading, exploring new places around Michigan, watching Netflix & am a freelance photographer. I have wanted to take care of people since I was 12 years old when I was taking care of my mom with chronic pancreatitis. I have been in the medical field for about 6 years. My experience ranges from being an adult foster home to assisted living to home care and nursing homes. I have my certified nursing assistant license and I finished my Medical Assisting just waiting to take the state exam. I have the compassion and knowledge needed to take care of people at the same time as keeping as much of their independence as possible.
