I'm very outgoing and easy to get along with and listen very well and observe thing's as well. I love helping the elderly and love to hear there stories and I feel rewarded when helping them with there daily routines or anything they need help with. I'm very proud of getting certified to work with the elderly and learn everything I know to take care of them with there need's, I know how to take blood pressure's, do cpr, check blood sugar, can give insulin if needed, know how to give showers, and do medicine reminder.

Hello! I had an extensive business career in corporate businesses- recently left after 30 years and am looking for a part-time position that gives back to others! My husband and I have raised 6 kids, 3 of our own and 3 nephews we adopted 8 years ago. I have always had a fondness for the elderly and cared for many in my family. I was born 20 years after my siblings - so my parents raised me in their 50's/60's - I think this had an impact on why I have this fondness. Hello! My name is Annie & thank you for visiting my profile! :) I was a Special Education major for 4.5 years & absolutely loved every minute, but decided it wasn't the right path for me. I started as a RA and decided to go get my CNA license & I'm so thankful I did! I have learned so much over the past 2 years & I'm so very thankful that I work with a fantastic nurse who's willing to show me nursing "things". I can definitely tell you I never ever imagined myself being anywhere near the healthcare field, but have enjoyed myself so far & looking forward to the future!
