Hello, I consider myself a warm, compassionate person with a gift of patience. I empathize with many because I know what it feels like to need someone one to lend a hand and how difficult it may be to ask for that help when needed. At age 15, I cared for my dying mother and father, and decided to dedicate my life to be of service to others who could no longer care for themselves. I can honestly say that care giving brings out the best in me. When I see a need, whether it be physical, mental or spiritual one, I am challenged to work with the families to help fulfill that need. Everyone deserves that kind of experience in life and I believe everyone needs somebody. I am very proud to be a caregiver for the last 35 years and the families I have met have enriched my life and have helped me grow as a person. Care giving is a choice to make the world a better place.

I grew up in a diverse town called Lakewood, NJ. I have been working with people since 1994 beginning in the school system with students with behavioral and learning disabilities for 10 years (Howell BD OF Education) I worked for the state of NJ as a Youth Worker with juveniles that were classified serving time . I have nearly 10 years experiencing working at the Emergency Children's Shelter/Shore Youth Center. in Tom's River. Since 2006 I have been working at a MICA residential group home for men. I have worked these jobs because i wanted to make a difference in the lives of at risk youth, in many ways it's like a spiritual calling. Helping families during touch and challenging times has rarely been a problem for me in nearly 30 years, i look forward to going to work. Numerous times i worked 1 to 1 as a mentor providing wraparound services to youth and families in the community. As an former athlete i understand the true meaning of teamwork. In my spare time i write poetry translating the art of of professional artist as well as for my future poetry book. My personal goal is to establish my own outreach program in which i can provide services to the homeless population mobily , i assisted as a volunteer at Tent City in Lakewood. I am trained in basic First Aide/CPR, medication monitoring, safety, fire equipment , conflict resolution and many ongoing trainings annually.

I have worked as a caregiver for over 14 years. I've worked with many different age groups. Infants, young children, young adults, the elderly and adults with special needs, young and elderly. I am hardworking, compassionate, patient, and reliable.

I became a Caregiver and went on in the Medical field to help people to have a more productive life. I became a Care giver to make lives more not less.I believe that anyone can live a good long life if we focus on what they can do not on what they cannot. I believe in being innovative and making sure they are healthy, mentally, physically and Spiritually. God is Love and he loves us. So , we must love one another as he loves us.

I believe in the patient first! Our senior needs to know that someone care for and understand the patient as they go through their aging process.

Hi my name is Sylwia Kusinska. I have 6 or more years experience taking care of elderly people. I did most home care jobs. I took care of someone with dementia, Parkinson disease , and someone with diabetes. My regular tasks are ; helping get dressed and undressed, prepare meals, drive to doctors appointments, giving medicine, helping getting washed, and last and least play board games or card games.

I BECAME A CAREGIVER BECAUSE I HAVE SEEN THE NEED AND THE WORRIES OF THE FAMILY THAT HAVE TO LEAVE THEIR LOVED ONES ALONE TO GO TO WORK WORRIED ABOUT THEM. I AM A RESPONSABLE, COMPASSIONATE AND CAREING CAREGIVER. I HAVE BEEN A CAREGIVER FOR THE PAST 32 YEARS AND I ENJOY HELPING THE ELDERLY AND SICK WITH THE ACTIVITIES OF DAILY LIVING, INCLUDING. GROCERIES EXCERCISE, MEDICATION REMINDER, COMPANIONSHIP AND MUCH MORE. I ENJOY THE WORK THAT I DO AND I HAVE NEVER SEEN MYSELF DOING ANY OTHER WORK BUT HELPING OTHERS.

My personality is that i'm a loving and caring person. I get along with everyone. I'm very friendly and love being around people whom I care for. I enjoy the smiles that I receive from my clients knowing/showing that they know that I care,

When my father was in his last stages of life, I realized that I was the only one who could take care of him as I wanted. Afterwards I learnt that being a care giver was my path in life, I wanted to be in a position where I could assist others just like I did with my dad. I would like to be in a position to give you and your other family members a piece of mind knowing that your loved one is in good hands, well taken care of and loved. To me being a care giver is not just another job, it's a noble calling that needs one to give their 100%. A good care giver should be patient, compassionate and empathetic, reliable, trustworthy and professional, this are qualities that I have acquired during my 5year experience in this field. I am a certified home health aid, I have experience working with seniors at the comfort of their homes(even in facilities? with various medical conditions like diabetes, cancer, stroke, dementia, Alzheimers and etc. Given opportunity, I will take care of your loved beyond your expectations.
