When my father was in his last stages of life, I realized that I was the only one who could take care of him as I wanted. I am a certified home health aid, I have experience working with seniors at the comfort of their homes(even in facilities? with various medical conditions like diabetes, cancer, stroke, dementia, Alzheimers and etc. Given opportunity, I will take care of your loved beyond your expectations.

I have provided holistic wellness and hospice comfort for seniors in their homes since 2017. By holistic, I mean to include the care of the spirit, soul, and body. I like to motivate and help seniors to find joy in daily life. I guide the client to work through daily challenges and to have peace in their hearts! I love to cook and bake from scratch from different cultures. I also provide light cleaning, doctor's appointments, essential transport, etc. Each client has their healthcare needs and may have a specific health condition. This is very important and discussed thoroughly from the beginning, and I maintain a dynamic routine custom planned for each client, with primary consideration and communication with their medical provider. I include exercise and encourage a walk in the fresh air as possible. I love challenges and love to meet my clients' needs. My goal is to make seniors and their families happy. I have experience with Dementia, Alzheimer's, and Parkinson's disease. Also, with Depression, loneliness, and grief. I helped veterans, and I am familiar with the needs of Kosher homes.

I have been a certified EMT since 2004 and have gained extensive experience working at Northwell Health, where I served for 12 years. Currently, I am enrolled in nursing school, furthering my education to expand my skills and enhance my contributions to patient care. I do have a car available, I am unable to transport a patient in my vehicle. This is due to the fact that the insurance policy covering the car is not in my name, and therefore, I do not have the appropriate coverage to ensure the safety and liability required for such transportation. $30.00 per hour

My first experience is when I started taking care of my grandmother 4 years ago Then I fall in love just knowing that I am able to help someone in there time of need if they can't help them self be a companion. working at the nursing home give me some good experience hands-on experience knowing that I am being able to help someone care for someone be there for them in their time of need and that's what's me that's what makes me happy. I am a very down to earth person who loves being a caregiver. I got into this field because i've always wanted to help people since I was a young child, but it wasnt until I assisted with the care of my great-grandmother who had Alzheimer's that I really knew this is what I wanted to do! Im not a perfect person by any means, but I do try my very best to assure that I give all my clients the type of care I would want myself or my own family to receive!
