My mission is to provide competent and compassionate care to every client and family member, promoting quality of life. I have been a caregiver all of my life, it fulfilles my need to give back to the community. I enjoy the success of a good outcome for clients and their families. I am proud of the years I worked in the hospitals and my BSN, completed in 2017.
My sensitivity to my clients is one of my traits to be a trustworthy caregiver. Caregiver was not my first choice of employment, until my mother required full time home care assistance. Through personal experience, I've accomplished to be patient and I believe being of patience is of importance trait to be an excellent care aide. I enjoy most about being a caregiver is when I make my client smile, trust me and family members tell me I'm doing an awesome job. My personal achievements I'm proud of is gaining the knowledge needed to be sensitive and patience to be an acknowledged Home Care Provider.
I've been in the field of caregiving 25+ yrs from working with DD waivers (child/adult) disabilities, assisting elderly in home health plus assisted living environments. I've received multiple certifications in CRP/FIRST AIDE, & MEDICATIONS, & many more. Any kind of hand over hand assistance requirements rather online or in person I've kept up to date personally & responsibly. I HAVEN'T ANY ISSUES WITH LIFTING PROPERLY & TRANSFERRING individuals, I am fully trained in this area. I've dedicated my life to fulfilling job tasks well doing something I REALLY enjoy most, helping others with daily life skills their unable to do alone, including providing companionship. I've learned being on time, reliability, & dedication is a priority through out my years of experience. I'm very proud of what I've learned so far and I've got plans to learn more everyday. One of my main achievements is watching , over viewing & loving an individuals day to day progress. As I grow with knowledge & age it's not always a JOB, it's being a positive inspiration & motivator to others in a time of need. I treat others they way i would want to be treated, & well working i always create a bond with my patients as if their family however still acknowledging there are boundaries being the employee. Meeting new people an being a team player gives me so much gratitude towards this profession I've established for so many years. I always attempt to apply availability PRN (as needed) in case of last minute emergencies being ON CALL. Flexibility variates (I try NOT to do overnights ONLY) however I have no problem with trying just to meet the needs of others and their families. I look forward to meeting you all & providing services to the best of my ability. THANK YOU, LETICIA WILLIAMS

I am a wonderful caregiver because I have a passion for helping people in anyway I can. I enjoy the hands on care with each individual and continue to find ways to make it a great experience for us both. I became a caregiver when my mother took full responsibility of her great uncle. Being able to care for and understand someone at such a difficult time in their lives is an amazing feeling. One of my goals I've achieved is becoming better educated on the different stages of aging. I have become a Certified Nursing Assistant, Phlebotomist, and continue to take classes towards me becoming a Registered Nurse. If you have any questions please feel free and ask.
I have been a care giver all my life I look forward in helping others find peace and security in the days that are not as comfortable for people as we move on to another phase of life on planet earth.I am proud of being there when needed for people and achieving the best quality care I can possibly give. We all will be at that door some day and we will all want a caring and loving person to see to our needs, not a grouch or uncaring complainer that makes us feel uncomfortable at our time of very much need. Thank You. Nancy
As a very young person, I realized the need and honor of being a caregiver. I suppose that is why I chose to peruse a practical nursing career. Although, after I received my licence, I did not practice professionally; my education did come handy as my husband and I raised and cared for our two daughters and later when I helped care for my paraplegic uncle (a WWII veteran), my father (also a veteran) and most recently (for the last 6 years) my mother, until her passing in 2014. I suppose my greatest accomplishments are surrounded in the caregiving of others. With my expieriance and skills I feel that I can provide exceptional care for a family in need.
