I'm a certified caregiver and I love being able to keep loved 1s in there home. I love being able to care for someone's family like there mine. I've had my COVID-19 vaccine and get my flu shot every year to protect my people I care for. I've also taken several of the courses on here and working on more. Have passed all I've taken and got my certificates .

I first became a caregiver back with my grandparents. After they passed I went to work for the first company. I've been with 3 different companies over the years and private patients. I kept going back to it so I feel this is where God wants me & wants me to do his work! I enjoy visiting with others and giving the family peace of mind that their loved one is being taken care of! I treat others daily the way I'd want to be treated & other families the way I'd want mine treated / taken care of!

I show both empathy and compassion, for what I do. I have a son he is almost 5 years old. He also has cerebral palsy. As he got older I learned a lot. And wanted to help others. My mom also worked in a nursing home and I would go up there with her and try to help and just talk and play with everyone. I will let the person know that I care about them. For instance, I will try and do what I can to help - not because I have to, but because I want to. I'm proud that I've decided to get my CNA License because I want to help others like I do with my son. The more I learn the more I use with him as well. And eventually I want to get my LVN.
