Throughout my adult life, nurturing and caring for others is something that has been very natural for me. I have had the great privilege of being a mother and raising 5 children and now the grandmother of 5 beautiful little ones. I've seen the need for more trustworthy, quality Caregivers and strive to be one of them. My desire is to improve quality of life and bring a sense of calm assurance and safety to others when their world has been shaken. I am level headed, practical minded and compassionate. In my experience, kind sensitivity can be healing in many ways. I've been afforded life experience in caring for my husband after surviving a plane crash and learning to walk again. A year later, our 8 year old son was diagnosed with a brain tumor. I've learned a great deal through navigating the challenges of these life altering experiences. Both husband and son are healthy and well today. I've also had the opportunity to be a caregiver for local clients as well as my own mother after colon cancer surgery and assisting my brother in difficulties regarding Parkinson's. I will do all I can to assure that your loved one is safe and well cared for.

I have been a cna for 10 years and a medication aide for 4 years. I was also a therapy tech for two years.

To write about me that's what I'm supposed to do. Well here I am to help out with anything that needs to be done. The Crazy Cleaner with attention to details cleaning that spot that nobody else sees. All the while talking, talking and talking. I enjoy providing companionship helping out with the daily hygiene, exercising by keeping them arms and legs strong to help prevent falls also keep them ambulating. I am not the best cook but if one is willing to take a chance, it might be ok. One of my greatest accomplishments is that I made it this far and am standing here to be of service to you. The smile with the twinkle in the eyes is the beauty and reward for the work I've done. I am here to be of service for others that is what I was put here to do. There is no amount of money that can buy this feeling I go home with each day. It's priceless.

I have been doing Home Health since 2009. I have been doing live in Private Duty Home Care off and on for the same individual for the last 11 years. At one Home Health Company I was promoted from caregiver to The Assistant to the Administrator and I was given the position as Intake Coordinator.

Hi! I'm Holly. I am a great caregiver because I always keep a positive attitude and I genuinely like people. I've wanted to be a caregiver since I helped my mom through her illness and realized I could keep a cool head through tough times and feel rewarded when I know I have really helped someone and made the best out of whatever situation we (the person I am caring for and myself) are faced with. I really enjoy spending time with the elderly because I feel they deserve the most respect and have so much to teach and share. I feel proud that recently my own Dad had a serious illness and I know that through my daily care I and the amazing nurses and doctors were able to pull him through and he's now on the mend. I enjoy helping people in any way I can. I have started class to become a nurse for this reason. I am patient and tolerant, both traits I believe are essential when helping others during difficult times. My mother has been a caregiver for years and knowing the difference she makes in people's lives as help me decide I want the opportunity to do the same.
