" I am a caring, enthusiastic, hard working, and dependable LVN. I provide quality, skilled care and compassionate nursing. I love caring for my patients. I have enjoyed the fast pace of working in a busy Internal Medicine & Cardiology office and I have also enjoyed the quieter, slower pace of in home healthcare, and the experience running flu clinics for the past few years.""I have recently become an Independent Nurse Provider." I decided to become a nurse and care for others, after caring for my mother for 10 years, she then passed away. I needed to fill my time with something that would be satisfying . So I decided to become a nurse and provide the same care as I gave my mother.
Desire to be helpful to others. I like to meet different persons and cultures. I had my own home care facility some years ago. I'm phlebotomist and I had spent the biggest part of my life in hospitals and sharing my life with patients. Also I had worked for so many years at convalescent hospitals as CNA.
My grandmother almost died when I was 14 years old. She ended up having a urostomy and fecal bag. She needed help when she returned home as she had lost a lot of weight and had to learn to apply her urostomy everytime it leaked. Later on in her years she needed a bit more care. I love being able to help others maintain their life style and I learn from them as well. I am most proud of raising my son to be a caregiver as well. As a single mom raising him was my number one priority. He has grown into a young man who is a father, husband and a nurse. I am a loyal friend/ person, very dedicated and hard working. I've worked 2 jobs since my son was 8 years old.
I have been in the Medical field for 25yrs. I'm a cert. CNA, EMT, Phlebotomist. I'm working in Corporate Health & Wellness and mobile Phlebotomist for home bound patients. I'm looking for something 2 or 3 days a week to supplement my single income. I have exp. with hospice, dementia, Alzheimer's, bipolar, mental health issues, bathing, transferring, meal prep. Diapers, errands, Medication reminders as well as drawing blood so patient won't have to sit in a lab. I started as a caregiver and found it very rewarding I was able to use my exp. to move up to be an EMT in the ER and on to becoming a forensic phlebotomist. I have an FBI clearance and have passed several background checks. One of my personal achievements have been using my exp. in the medical field to move up higher in my position while being a single mom of 2 children my daughter is now pre-med at USC my son is a sophomore in high school doing great!. About me: I'm a single mom of 2 wonderful children and I became a CNA after taking care of both of my parents until they passed so I know both sides of the job and what the families go through. I've worked hospice and home health for many years. I'm trustworthy, dependable, person Who treats my elder clients the way I would want my parents treated, with dignity and respect.
Helping, compassionate, professional. I am most proud of completion of nursing school. Hardest thing I have ever done. My parents passed when I was 13 since out of high school I have been in the medical field as a Medical Assistant working all specialties & units in both ambulatory care and acute care as a Phlebotomist. Currently I do homehealth & skilled nursing orders per provider on a part-time basis for Kaiser clients. I also medication administration. I am looking for a position where I can help a family with their loved ones on a 1:1 basis. Sincerely, Angelina Dailey
