I am a kind and caring person. I love providing care for anyone that can't care for themselves or just needing companionship. With my 5 years of being a caregiver I grow to love doing what I do. Knowing I'm helping someone that can put a smile on there face is why I love doing what I do. What I enjoy most about being a caregiver is meeting new and interesting people.

I genuinely care for people. My mother had MS and when I was 5 she couldn't 5 and sometimes couldn't see or speak. I had to do everything for her wash cook clean feed her and my younger sister as well. When I was 14 liberty home health taught me how to take care of my mom and started paying me to take care of her. Seeing what my mom went thru is what attracts me to care giving we all are going to need somebody one day and I just pray that when I do I get the same great treatment that I give to those who need it. I enjoy getting to know my clients and doing anything they need me to do as long as my client is great I'm great! I'm proud of not giving up! So many times I couldn't given up or went dow min the wrong path but I didn't go that route! Growing up with a sicken bed ridden parent is hard because you have so much room to really mess up but I choose to do good stay in school and to the right thing. And I finished raising my sister!

I being doing caregiving work for 2 year I'm very familiar about pca work by washing up client feeding them doing light clean around there house I work in rest home for year and I work with special needs people so I'm familiar doing the job

I'm 46 years old. I been married 19 years and have a 18 year old son who just graduated this year. I personally love being a caregiver. I've done it on and off for about 10 years now. I've always liked to help people and have customer service jobs but at the same time I knew I wanted to do more, so one day I was offered to be a caregiver and I accepted it and have loved it since. I was a private caregiver for almost a year and not to long after that I become a private caregiver for another lady for about the same time. I did get out of it for a little bit because when they passed away it was hard on me and I had to find away to deal with it because I knew in my heart it was what I was suppose to do and that's what brought me to Carelinx . I now have been working thru carelinx over 2 years now with a lady part time and I love it and wouldn't change it for the world. I promise your family will always be treated as my own. Thank you.

The best part about being a caregiver is being able to attend to the individual needs of each client and to be able to provide some peace for them in what can be a very trying time.

I have always had a heart for elderly and children and still doing. I love helping elderly people. Sometimes it's all about companionship for patients more than anything.

I was working in a nursing home and I felt some people feel better with one on one care,and being home They can get that. I love be able to help with everyday needs,and learning more about elders life. Two years ago I took over my family business and started taking care of more people. I have been doing private nursing for 25 years,and really enjoy it,I cant see me doing anything else.

First of all, I always go into a home knowing that I will be making a wonderful friend. I love the elderly; I love their different personalities and all their "Life" stories. It gives my heart great joy to be able to make them smile. It is the most rewarding thing I have ever done.

I became a caregiver to help others in need. I like knowing that I made the difference in someone life. My personal achievement that I am proud of is deciding to return to school for nursing. I have the gift of patience for my clients.
