I am a loving and caring person. I love to help people who are in need.

I'm 46 years old. I been married 19 years and have a 18 year old son who just graduated this year. I personally love being a caregiver. I've done it on and off for about 10 years now. I've always liked to help people and have customer service jobs but at the same time I knew I wanted to do more, so one day I was offered to be a caregiver and I accepted it and have loved it since. I was a private caregiver for almost a year and not to long after that I become a private caregiver for another lady for about the same time. I did get out of it for a little bit because when they passed away it was hard on me and I had to find away to deal with it because I knew in my heart it was what I was suppose to do and that's what brought me to Carelinx . I now have been working thru carelinx over 2 years now with a lady part time and I love it and wouldn't change it for the world. I promise your family will always be treated as my own. Thank you.

The best part about being a caregiver is being able to attend to the individual needs of each client and to be able to provide some peace for them in what can be a very trying time.

I was working in a nursing home and I felt some people feel better with one on one care,and being home They can get that. I love be able to help with everyday needs,and learning more about elders life. Two years ago I took over my family business and started taking care of more people. I have been doing private nursing for 25 years,and really enjoy it,I cant see me doing anything else.

I have always loved helping people no matter who they are.I have worked with all kinds withall types of problems.I feel no matter who you are all everyone needs is love and respect.I am proud of who I am as an indivual.I can honestly say I have always tried to help anyone if I am able at the time.I am not a pushover though.I am a hard worker and dependable.I have worked with Adults and juveniles in the prison/detention center that tell me they like me because I treat them like people and don't mistreat them due to their crime.I want to take some CNA classes in the future to be able to help others more.When my job closed down my husband said I could stay home but this is not me.I have always worked and I still want to by helping others.I feel with my job experience I have always been a caregiver.

I love helping people and I plan on being a nurse one day.

First of all, I always go into a home knowing that I will be making a wonderful friend. I love the elderly; I love their different personalities and all their "Life" stories. It gives my heart great joy to be able to make them smile. It is the most rewarding thing I have ever done.

Hello! I'm a kind hearted, loving person who never meets a stranger. I treat my patients and clients like they are my family. I wanted to become a caregiver since I was a little girl and experienced my grandpa going through cancer and his caregivers were wonderful! I wanted to be able to provide that kind of care to others!

I have 6 years of patient care in a hospital facility as well as in a living facility. I am currently pursuing my studies in Nursing and hope to become a RN in the future. I am mom of 4 children so that should add many more years of being a caregiver. I enjoy putting a smile on my patients face, making them feel important and loved. I am very proud that I can take care of my dad who is suffering from induced dementia due to a severe hemorrhagic stroke that he suffered 28 months ago. He had a tracheotomy placed at the time which we helped during the time he had it and we are grateful he no longer needs it.
