Hello, I am a very compassionate person, dependable, great listener, respectful with my clients and their values, very kind, punctual, hard worker, with a great attitude. I love and enjoy helping people, when and where they more need. Being a CNA, was the greatest decision, I have made in my life, because my dream came through; since I was little I liked to help people. I gave a lot to my clients and more than anything, a handful of help, understanding, passion, love and a great smile in my face, every time when I arrive to their homes, but not only I give them, but I also receive many things back in return. Another big smile, and thanks, for everything I do for them. There is not a better feedback that their appreciation for my hard work and commitment. I remember hearing this expression from my last client "Maxi you make my days. I am so happy when I see you in my door", The services I can provide to you and your loves one are: company and conversation, helping recovery from surgeries, fall prevention, medication reminder, light cooking and housekeeping, laundry, errands, driving to Dr. app., assisting in activities of daily living, shower or bath, walking, and many more as needed. I have many skills and more than five years of experience in this field and can provide certifications and great references. I also have fingerprint card and CPR certification. I am looking forward to hear from you soon. Thank you, Maximina

The reason why I became a CNA is I find joy in the elderly. They are knowledgeable, they make you laugh, and you can learn alot from them. I have been a caregiver since I was 15 years old. I took care of my grandmother as she went through radiation and chemotherapy for liver and colon cancer. I took care of the housework and was responsible for cleaning her colostomy 3 times a day. I cared for her husband who also had dementia and alzheimers. As I grew up, i then cared for my mother who had non-hodgkin's b-cell lymphoma of the brain which affected her mental abilities. I cared for my aunt who developed lung cancer and had to undergo treatment as well. I cared for mybuncle who suffered PTSD, emphysema, copd, and diabetes. I have a step daughter with mental disabilities as well as neurological issues and epilepsy. I have been a caregiver most of my life and has been something I have felt comfortable with no matter how hard times have seemed. I am now 38 years old and have been doing this over half my life. Helping others is something that has given me fulfillment in my life.

As a highly competent caregiver companion, I bring a service- focused and hardworking attitude to this role. I maintain an efficient and organized work mentality as I assist in the care of several geriatric and chronically ill patients. I have an instinct for problem solving and work well independently and with little oversight. I am compassionate, outgoing, resourceful, and believe that trust and honesty are key when in a caregivers role. I was attracted to care giving due to my need of wanting to help people. What I enjoy the most is building a bond and being apart of the recovery process. My biggest achievement in care giving was being able to help my mom over a period of two years recover from her Ru in y Gastric bypass surgery. Prior to her surgery she had diabetes and kidney disease for 3 years and didn't think she would make it to the age of 40. After her surgery I was apart of the recovery process and seeing her healthy and free of diabetes and kidney disease has been the best experience and biggest accomplishment in my life. Therefore I want to continue and help others because its what I truly love to do.

I have good personality and interpersonal traits, my expertise range from the basis of love care and support which i have done for many years in Cape Town South Africa. I was mainly attracted to become a care giver when i saw the need from seniors in South Africa who lived on their own and have to go on their own to the super market to buy food in dangerous areas where they can be mugged and have their money taken from them. I enjoy socializing with the seniors, listening to their past experiences and also learning from their sickness or illness be it diabetics or any other disease, i love learning more on how best they love to be treated. I cared for my late mother in-law who had diabetics and i enjoyed every minute of helping her to manage her sugar levels and monitoring and record keeping of all the readings. I am proud of the fact that i had this quality time to be a care giver in my home to my mother as well as to my mother in-law. I have also cared for Senator Jack Edward Jones in Harare Zimbabwe at the age of 18, i had the love to care for seniors. He had been mugged and tripped on his hip bone and underwent surgery, upon discharge from the hospital, i personally managed the care at home until he could get out of bed. I did bed baths and i loved it because i knew he cant do it for himself, then who else if i was present in the home, it had to be me.
