I became a caregiver because I have a deep passion for helping others and bringing joy to their lives. With 19 years of experience in caregiving, I've worked in various settings, including nursing home facilities and private duty care. Each role has reinforced my love for this work and my commitment to making a difference in my clients' lives. I specialize in supporting adults and children with special needs across a variety of conditions, and I take immense pride in providing the care, attention, and compassion they deserve. I am a fun and outgoing social person . I enjoy helping with taking care of the elderly because I enjoy hearing about their own experiences with what they did in their own lives and hearing their own stories about how they grew up what attracted me to become a caregiver is I enjoy helping individuals in a time of need where they feel most vulnerable and need someone to talk to and socialize with when they feel alone. I enjoy being a caregiver because I find this job really rewarding and fun. I enjoy spending time with my patcients and talking to them about life and old movies and hobbies that they enjoy doing on a daily basis. The reason I became a caregiver was because my grandmother died alone in a nursing home. I have also worked in facilities. I left due to the fact I didn't like the way the clients were treated I couldn't give them enough attention. The reason why I love working in homes with one or two clients at a time is because you get to know them you get to bond with them and they become like family. 80% of my clients I have stayed with till the end and that is because most of my clients are terminal.

I am a compassionate and empathetic caregiver with a deep sense of patience and understanding. My expertise lies in providing emotional support and creating a nurturing environment for those in need. I was drawn to being a caregiver by my innate desire to make a positive impact in people's lives during their most vulnerable moments. One personal achievement I am proud of is helping a terminally ill patient find moments of joy and comfort in their final days, providing them with the care and support they needed to maintain their dignity and peace.

My grandmother was my best friend when I was small which gave me a respect , and live fir elderly people. My sister was born deaf and mute , being that my grandmother raised her grand children I was the one who helped her care for the kids , so early in life in learned American Sign Language to help my grandmother and other family members communicate with my sister. At that time I knew I wanted to help others who couldn't help themself ! Being a Care Giver isn't just a job you have to have compassions and humility ! I'm a selfless hard-worker who believes in having compassion in a world like we live in we must not forget to be kind to one another , help one that is in need ! I enjoy being a care giver because I can make a difference in others lives ! A personal achievement of mines is helping homes-less Veterans in my last job get off the streets and giving them hope a an better future in assisting them in there personal goals, and providing the services they need in order to be successful in life , helping them get back on they feet brings me joy!
