Hi my name is Kathy and I my care giver A little about myself I took care of my mom she had cancer I take care of my grandma she had else timers and parkinson's and I take care my stepfather he had are really badd stroke it left him bedridden Hospice we come out in show me how to take care of my family we can to train me inside the house but I'm a compassionate loving and caring person . I have over ten years of experience in caregiving, I'm also a registered RBT I hold my CPR and first aide license. I'm also fully vaccinated and I have a lot of skills in the medical field.

I enjoy helping with taking care of the elderly because I enjoy hearing about their own experiences with what they did in their own lives and hearing their own stories about how they grew up what attracted me to become a caregiver is I enjoy helping individuals in a time of need where they feel most vulnerable and need someone to talk to and socialize with when they feel alone. I enjoy being a caregiver because I find this job really rewarding and fun. I enjoy helping and working with Seniors in their homes vs. an assisted living facility. : ) I enjoy helping them be able to live their quality of life in their own homes. When elderly people talk, I'm an attentive listener, I was told by a client once, if you listen closely you just may learn something you can use throughout your life. Ever since I was 10 yrs old I love helping the elderly ,wash their dishes ,wash clothes,sweeping,moping , it's something that I loved to do, I would talk and listen to them about the past it really interested me to hear their stories. I like to interact and bond with my patient ,encourage respect,and give them privacy as possible without leaving them unattended.I am a compassionate,dedicated,patiently,positive,caring person, never take advantage of his or her vulnerability or allow anyone else to do so.

There are personality traits that I have being compassionate, respectful and good listener to my clients. I have a medical background in Nursing that is very important in taking care of someone who suffered chronic and other health issues. Most importantly, I devoted myself for being a caregiver. Hello , My name is jasmine and I am 21 . My birthday is November 15th . I am currently a manager at The Habit . Which is an amazing experience but not something I see myself doing for long term. I've been a manager for almost three years and I tried out being a caregiver in 2021 and to my surprise I loved it ! The idea of Myself being able to help and make someone happy all at once makes me happy ! I enjoy caregiving so much . I am ever timid person .. so I feel like caregiving has made me be more of an open person . Being a caregiver brought me to an amazing experience with being able to work with kids and it mad as happy with working as a caregiver . I love to help people and I believe I have the best personality and professionalism for the job . I understand I am doing a job for someone else and how important it is . I always ask questions .. example . If I were to be folding laundry.. I'd ask if there is a preference you'd like your clothes folded . My personal achievement is to make you happy and make sure your needs are achieved.

I'm very patient and out going. I treat my clients like they were family. I want the best for them. I like to communicate and get to know them. I like to make them feel comfortable with me. I took care of my dad for 2 yrs who was ill with dementia, alzheimers, chromes and diabetes. He has recently passed in july 2019. I knew by taking care of him, it was my calling to be a caregiver because I want to take care of people that need help. I love being a caregiver and knowing at the end of the day that I have helped someone and made there day happy and at ease. Meeting new people. Knowing that I have done a good deed. I love working with clients and they tell me how much they appreciate me and thank me very much for being there and helping them. That just melts my heart to hear those words. Because I know that I have done my job to there standards. I have a client who is deaf. She was eating breakfast that a friend made for her and she started choking. I immediately started the procedure to dislodged whatever she was choking in. I couldn't get it dislodged so I called 911. Later I got a call from my company that she called them and wanted to let them know that I saved her life and was very thankful for me. For that I received an angel pin for saving her life
