I feel that I am a great caregiver because I'm a mom for one. I know how to care for a person in need. I have also had to take care of my father who suffered from a stroke 8 years ago.

I am a great caregiver because I first learned how to be one by helping my parents and my brother. They had certain disabilities, both physical and mental/psychological, that touched my heart and helped me realize the importance of quality of life to everyone, not just to those who are healthy. Then, I achieved 89 credits towards my BSN (bachelors degree in nursing) and graduated with honors in Surgical Technolgy from Tennessee Technology Center, First Aid at MTSU, and am a licensed CNA and am CPR/BLS certified, and have a Leadership Award from St. Thomas Hospital. I currently work at a hospital as a CNA/PCA and am looking to work part-time to possibly full-time for someone who has the need for home health and/or caregiver needs. I have excellent references and take my work seriously!

I enjoy being able to help others. I am a Certified Nursing Assistant. I've worked in different facilities including hospital settings. I have 9 years of experience all together from being a caregiver to getting certified. What I enjoy most about being a CNA is I can be a help to people that need me and give great companionship to families and bring comfort. I treat my clients like they're my family. What attracted me to this field is that I started helping my mom in home health then been with it every since. The most thing I love about helping people in need is that I want them to be happy where they're comfortable at which is home and make them feel like they have nothing to worry about as long as I'm there by they're side and knwing they trust me to help them with they're daily needs.
