My interest in becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) was sparked by my great-great-great grandmother. Watching her journey and providing care during her transition was a profound experience. I derive immense satisfaction from emotionally and physically supporting my clients, treating them as if they were my own family. My proudest professional accomplishment is obtaining my CNA certification, allowing me to assist families during their most sensitive moments.

I started working at first step about 3 years ago, i worked with two clients, both with autism and I really enjoyed being helpful. my mom worked as a caregiver for 10 + years, and that really inspired me to want to be like her, kind, helpful, and companionate in any job that I work.

I'm caring, friendly. I love hearing old stories and how older people were growing up. I love being a CNA. I started this career because I have always wanted to take care of people.
