I started as a care professional in 1976. I owned and operated my care giving business for children until Dec 2007. I opened Delaney Care Giving in Jan 2008 operated that until. June 24 2016 when I restructured my business as a nonprofit organization. I am a true at heart Care Professional.

I am patient, compassionate, attentive, reliable, and trustworthy. I enjoy feeling needed and being able to help those who can no longer fully care for themselves. Being able to put a smile on someone's face and knowing I've made a difference in their life is a true blessing. I have been a caregiver since 2015. I have experience with in home care, group home care, and working in a facility with memory care unit.

Hello! My name is Deanna, I also go by Dee. All together I have five years of caregiving experience. I helped variety of people such as, disabled elders/special needs, people who had Tracheotomy, alzheimers, and dementia. People with alzheimers and dementia I only have 1 year experience with, so I wouldn't say it's my strong suit, but willing to grow in that area. I am a very understanding, and accepting person. It's a quality I really love about myself. I became a caregiver, because I wanted my work to have meaning. I do enjoy getting to know someone on a deep level and providing laughter. My first job was a caregiver, and I don't think I'd feel comfortable doing anything else. I am currently an in-home caregiver, and looking to branch out.

In the facility that I currently work in, I work with many residents with varying degrees of dependence. This has helped me to take care of multiple residents while giving quality individualized care. I decided to become a care giver a few years ago because I have always wanted to help others. So far, the best part of giving care is seeing how much my assistance positively impacts my residents' lives. In March of 2018, I began my first job that would launch me into becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant a couple months later after receiving training within the company. I am thankful and proud that I chose to become a Nursing Assistant. Now, I take care of a client 21 hours a week including heavy house keeping, running errands, and fixing appliances.

What are your personality traits or expertise that help you be a great caregiver? I'm a naturally compassionate and patient person, and I've always been someone who others feel comfortable around. I take pride in being a good listener and staying calm in stressful situations. These traits really help me connect with the people I care for and make sure they feel safe, supported, and respected. What attracted you to being a caregiver? I've always loved helping others, and I knew from an early age that I wanted to do something meaningful with my time and energy. Being a caregiver allows me to make a real difference in someone's life every day, whether it's through providing physical support or just being there emotionally for someone who needs it. That's what drew me to this field. What do you enjoy most about being a caregiver? What I enjoy most is building relationships with the people I care for. Even small moments like sharing a laugh, offering comfort, or seeing someone feel more at ease because of something I did mean a lot to me. It's incredibly fulfilling to know that I'm having a positive impact on someone's life. What is a personal achievement you are proud of? One personal achievement I'm really proud of is that I'm currently in college and doing well in my classes. Balancing school and caregiving can be challenging at times, but I stay motivated because I know it's all part of building the future I want one where I can continue helping people in an even bigger way.

I get along with all clients in respect to their beliefs. Open and honest with the best care I am able to provide. Laughter is great medicine. My daughter Ashley was born with Hydrocephylis and Cerebral palsy which required 24/7 loving care for 15 years. I enjoy caring for patients who rely on the best care and allowing them to continue to live life with laughter and not focus on their challenges. I am proud of completing the necessary courses to be a caregiver outside of my personal endeavors. I am also a Certified Food Handler and have completed 88 classroom hours under ALCTP-0017 CC Health care Training on September 2015. Also carry a clearance card with the State of Arizona Department of Public Safety.

Hello my is Sarah I've been a care giver for 15 years I'm currently certified in CPR I have my State of Arizona Department of Public Safety level one fingerprint clearance I currently have twelve certificates in care giving I'm able to work in all types of situations . I got into care giving when I had a family member get sick making sure your loved one's needs are met is my first priority.
