My name is Joyce Tate and I am a Licensed Assisted Living Manager for the State Arizona. I currently work as an Assisted Living Coordinator and Care Team Member in an assisted living in the city of Sun Lakes. I have over 20 plus years of experience in the healthcare industry providing care for individuals with disabilities and caring for those in the elderly community living with dementia and alzheimers. I believe in building life long connections by meeting my clients where ever they are in their healthcare journey until the end of life.

I think that I would be fit for this job because I love to take care of others. I enjoy being able to interact with patients and do hands on work with them. A personal achievment that I have would be that when I did my clinicals for my CNA, many of the patients loved me and said I was good at my job.

I am a very nurturing person. I have a lot of energy and patience for people. I have worked with children and adults, with physical and mental disablities. I enjoy helping and making people smile.

I became a cna caregiver when my parents was ill with cancer 10 years ago. I have been blessed with many patients in my 10 years. They have been my first priority when in my care . We have laughed and cried togeather and developed great friendships. I have learned and grown so much through them. Each one has been special in their on way.
