I believe I would become a great care giver, I have been through hospice in my own house hold and experienced a lot. I can become a great care giver because I love caring for others and taking matters into my own hands. I would enjoy keeping others busy and enjoy each others company. I have achieved many things in life as a young adult and would love to further my career in matters other than the medical field, I would love to grow a connection and became a great caregiver.
I enjoy working with the elderly and making elderly and making them feel comfortable in their own skin. To feel powerless when you get old is one of the worst things a individual can experience. I have so so much experience with elderly people and those that are dependent on a wheelchair. I can honestly say I enjoy the company of those who can no longer care for themselves. My goal as a caregiver is to be able to give back power to those who feel hopeless and bring happiness to the life they have left. I currently am working with a quadriplegic elder lady that I love to death but she plans to move to Washington this November. I know I have made a difference in her life and also a friendship that will last forever. She is a reference so if your seriously interested in having me work for you I will give you her name and phone number and she would great be able to tell you all the hard honest and compassionate work I have done. Unfortunately I will greatly miss her but I need to find someone else I can care for when she leaves. Feel free to message me if you are interested. I am able to start working in November from 8:30am till 2pm.

What make me a caregiver is base on my experience being around my grandmother where I had to provide care when she got very ill. I used to cook and clean for grandmother as well assisting with her medications at the age of 15 years old. I've enjoy being a companion with the elderly men and women because I a lot from their history and sometimes they need love and compassion when they are forgotten by family or a loss a spouse. I would love one day when I get older to show me the love and care. Point all they live a full life and they deserve to be treated with dignity and respect.

I got into the medical field because I like the whole aspect of helping people and making them feel better emotionally and physically. I love people and spending time with them, especially the elderly, I think they are very interesting because they have lived a long life and usually they have very interesting life stories. So, I think it is fun just to talk and listen to their past experiences. The personal achievement that I am proud of is that after being at the same career for twenty four years, I decided to go back to school and change my career. I get along with everyone and I am very experienced with working with the public.
I am naturally caring and compassionate person, So doing just so will gives me sense of accomplishment that I am doing something good. A personal achievement for me was when one of the toughest person I am taking care of stated that I just made him feel important and apologizes for being mean and asked me to take care of him from that day on. And when I simply cover them with blanket while sleeping and says to you " Your such a sweet person and Thank you for taking care of me every night ". And that feeling of rewardness when simply you put a smile and genuine laugh when they see you. That is an accomplishments for me, at the end of the day, I go to sleep smilling, thinking I just made someone's day.
