I am a very compassionate and patient caregiver with 24 years of experience helping to care for individuals with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia. I began providing care when a close friend of mine needed help caring for her sick mother. I worked with this sweet lady for seven and a half years in which I refined my caregiving skills. I worked for Extended Care facilities for a number of years as a CNA, and I didn't feel fulfilled. As an nursing assistant I had 15 or more patients, and I didnt feel as though they were receiving the care, and attention that they deserved. Being a caregiver with CareLinx affords me the luxury of being able to take care patients in way that they truly deserve. I've done this for 25+ years and I really enjoy spending time with the seniors while I provide for their daily needs.

My main focus of care for elderly is giving them the attention and love through the care I give them. Their well being is my priority. I am quite adaptable to any environment and because of that I'd like to think I am very friendly. I understand that not everyone is the same so I tend to approach each individual with an open mindset. This is also why I enjoy caregiving because I get to learn from them about life experiences and as they share their wisdoms.
