Miss Roberts as I come. As some things I share with you as an independent growing individual i'm also working on becoming better person each day. Im loving and caring and always taking others feeling into consideration. Firstly i'm great at any task I set to accomplish. Each job you gain it's starts within yourself you can make a job but you can't be a job. Making a job comes with dependable and reliable characteristics within self, personality, multitasking, and seeking time and patience. I always put my best foot forward. I always go with my gut feeling and I tend to never think less of any or everything. When you think the best out of any situation you receive an even better outcome. I'm always positive. I give off great energy and great welcoming. Anything I set for my self will get done in a respectfully manor.

To me being a caregiver is a fascinate job because I have a chance to help others vulnerable in fragile people they need me ,always I think helping others is the best rewords thing you can have in your life,

I have been in the healthcare industry for about 20 years now. The reason I entered the field was because my Mother and Stepdad took sick when I was about 12 and I became the care provider to them both. We did not have much money to have a around the clock nurse so the nurse we had taught me how to do many things. When my parents passed I became a CNA/GNA and I worked in a nursing home setting which I loved for about 7 years. I wanted more even to become a nurse so I left the nursing home setting and begin working in the hospital. I worked there for about 6 years when I had my son I left the hospital and tried a new venture. I entered into my current and most rewarding field, working with individual's who needed me most. Those who have Developmental Disabilities. I have been with my current job for 10. A personal goal of mines was to return to school something I have started and look forward to finishing not just for me but for my son and to give back to those I work with and support on a day to day basis.

I have been a Caregiver for a little over 2 years now. For some reason I can't explain, but I enjoy spending time, caring for, and being apart of peoples life. Seeing that I can put a smile on someone face make me happy. Knowing that is it the small things in life that make a difference that helps makes someone else life easier, puts everything in perspective.

I'm very Lobing will do anything to see my residents smile when they are happy my heart is happy,I want them to feel comfortable and at home with no worries
