I've always liked working with elderly because I can help them do things that they can't do sometimes. I try to fill their life with joy and positivity, I enjoy the most watching their eyes glow and how they feel loved when they have company. I become their family when family can't be there. I love hearing their stories and their lifestyle before they went to the home. I love connecting them, and having them happy and treated correctly. The elderly can be like babies and can be in a lot of need so I love being able to help them and do what they need. Help them adjust to their life now. I'm proud of being able to fully connect and quickly connect With any patient and take care of them as they were my family member.

Hello! My name is Keesha and I have been a caregiver, for a little over 2 years. I have traveled the world, worked some of the best jobs, eaten amazing food, been to some spectacular shows, museums and events, but caregiving has been the most rewarding experience thus far. As a 31 year young woman, there is always significant age difference between my clients and I, and I think that's what makes our relationships so special. Each client is like a new book. I learn so much of their lives, who they were, their spouse, kids parents, etc. and they get to learn so much from me! Being a caregiver is more than just completing daily chores, it's about connected with the individual. It's understanding that they're in a new/last phase of their lives, and this phase should be treated with attentiveness, love, patience and respect. I love what I do and I think it's special. I have been a caregiver for 11 years. I am a great caregiver because I am very attentive with the most patience and understanding of many personalities from the most compliant to the most stubborn. I am caring, I take my time in focusing on the needs of my clients. I became a caregiver when I was 18 years old after growing up in a family of care providers. My dad was fireman and mom was a nurse. Being a caregiver is more than a job, it is a passion for me. I believe wisdom teaches knowledge, and I view working with the elderly as a blessing. It is not just a paycheck but a gift to have the opportunity to help my clients. I have helped many clients and most until the end of their lives. My grandmother was one of them that inspired me to keep taking care of those in need. After her stroke, I took care of her for 6 years until she passed away. I have complete understanding and empathy of how important loved ones are to families. I treat my clients like they are my family.

The thing that makes me a good caregiver is the amount of love that I have to give to others,especially when they really need it.Helping people to face their lives everyday and be there when they need me is that made me be a caregiver.I am very compassion person and my heart feels good every time I do something to help them.

After taking care of mum and dad after a bad road accident I realised how good and strong I am. I love the rewarding effect after giving so much love and passion to a sick or elderly person and the smile they offer you is I believe a sign of appreciation . I nursed my parents back to health for 8 yrs. Am very patient, caring,loving and a good listener. Love my work. Continued the same care for different great families in the USA for over 15 yrs. As a caregiver in the field of medical, I am a Dedicated home health aide , Med Tech who also obtained CPR is willing to obtain a position in you're home with my good interpersonal and communication skills of over 8 years of experience in this field. I will be able to confidently deal with all the level of people working in the organization. I would put all my efforts in research and development of present health care system.
