Hello! My name is Keesha and I have been a caregiver, for a little over 2 years. I have traveled the world, worked some of the best jobs, eaten amazing food, been to some spectacular shows, museums and events, but caregiving has been the most rewarding experience thus far. As a 31 year young woman, there is always significant age difference between my clients and I, and I think that's what makes our relationships so special. Each client is like a new book. I learn so much of their lives, who they were, their spouse, kids parents, etc. and they get to learn so much from me! Being a caregiver is more than just completing daily chores, it's about connected with the individual. It's understanding that they're in a new/last phase of their lives, and this phase should be treated with attentiveness, love, patience and respect. I love what I do and I think it's special. Hello I started out watching my mother with a patient she worked with. I remember the smile he would have when she was to come around and how he felt safe with her and comfortable and watched my mom help him and was always making sure he was in good hands and happy.I was 16 at the time. So when i finished high school I wanted to do what she did. I started my First Job at Brookdale in a memory care unit as a resident care tech for 3 years and I loved it,but I couldn't get a job easy because I didn't have my CNA licences so I challenged the CNA test and passed it .After That I started working at Beach House in assisted living and in memory care as a CNA . I just love helping others. Also making them feel loved and just having someone to talk to making them happy and safe. Currently Im doing private CNA work at the patient Home.

I have been a caregiver for 11 years. I am a great caregiver because I am very attentive with the most patience and understanding of many personalities from the most compliant to the most stubborn. I am caring, I take my time in focusing on the needs of my clients. I became a caregiver when I was 18 years old after growing up in a family of care providers. My dad was fireman and mom was a nurse. Being a caregiver is more than a job, it is a passion for me. I believe wisdom teaches knowledge, and I view working with the elderly as a blessing. It is not just a paycheck but a gift to have the opportunity to help my clients. I have helped many clients and most until the end of their lives. My grandmother was one of them that inspired me to keep taking care of those in need. After her stroke, I took care of her for 6 years until she passed away. I have complete understanding and empathy of how important loved ones are to families. I treat my clients like they are my family.

After taking care of mum and dad after a bad road accident I realised how good and strong I am. I love the rewarding effect after giving so much love and passion to a sick or elderly person and the smile they offer you is I believe a sign of appreciation . I nursed my parents back to health for 8 yrs. Am very patient, caring,loving and a good listener. Love my work. Continued the same care for different great families in the USA for over 15 yrs. As a caregiver in the field of medical, I am a Dedicated home health aide , Med Tech who also obtained CPR is willing to obtain a position in you're home with my good interpersonal and communication skills of over 8 years of experience in this field.
