Hi my name is Danielle Jones , What makes me a great caregiver is that I am passionate in my work I love what I do which is being able to help people and making someone smile. Also I'm outgoing , hard worker and reliable. What made me become a caregiver was when I was younger my dad took care of my grandfather and I used to help out it was nice being able to help him and keep him going while he was here. What I like about being a caregiver is that I'm able to help some but also it benefits me as well , who wouldn't want to get paid doing something they love lol . An personal achievement I am proud of is graduating , in obtain my cna license and also being able to take care and make my son happy.

Im willing to do anything that is needed to assist the family in caring for their love one.

Because I'm into the person not only into my work, I really love being creative meaning always finding was to use arts ,crafts, puzzles plus I'm alert concerning the needs of the person I'm a great listener I always remember this saying treat people the way you would like to be treated and it will come back to you. I enjoy having conversation with different people because I'm very teachable plus I've been told I'm the best caregiver the company had this isn't just a job for me its relationships being build with the individuals that I meet I haven't met a client that was dissatisfied with my work yet and I've been doing this for while and I love it. Yes you have challenging clients but the first this I would say is that I'm sorry that your feeling this way today what can we do to make this a better day and if this doesn't work I'll get a book of there choice or a puzzle I will try all I know to get though until something work I'm a person that study peoples action, body language and moods so I will know when something isn't right things I've achieved is knowing that I give my all in taking care of a life that is entrusted in my hands and I don't take that for granted you never know someone might have to take care of me. In closing I will always be the best at what I do and that's giving the best care to the client that they need.

I've been in the healthcare field for a total of 8 years. I am a certified nursing assistant with the state of Florida and currently a Practical Nursing student. I'm known for having a big heart that holds the utmost compassion for my patients and their families. I strive to make sure that whoever is under my care is happy and healthy. I have a passion for caregiving. Your family is my family. I started caregiving back in 2013 when my grandmother became terminally I'll from bone cancer. At the young age of 19 I had to quit my job at Walmart to care for her along side the help of the hospice nurse. When she passed all the things I learned stuck with me. At that point I knew then it was something I was meant to do, to help other families that may be going thru the same. I've very loving, compassionate and understanding of any and all situations. I'm going to do my absolute best to make everyday a pleasant experience with your family member no matter how hard it may become. The thing I enjoy most about caregiving is knowing I am an able and willing servant of the Lord who doesn't mind helping my fellow people live out the best possible life I can help them live. I am the 40 year old wife, and mother of 2 beautiful teenage girls. I have been working as a caregiver for over 6 years, and have been Certified for 5 years. I am currently a self employed Certified Nursing Assistant. I have been employed at a skilled nursing facility as well as an assisted living facility. I also specialize in private care. Some of my skills include bathing, showering, checking and changing undergarments, providing proper hygiene, ambulating, transfers, mouthcare, feeding, light housekeeping, meal preperation, transportation and much more. I am a caregiver that is compassionate at what I do and it is not just a job for me, it is my calling. So many people are in this field and do not genuinely care, but I like to make a difference in my clients lives and form a forever bond with my residents and their family members. I have experienced a lot being a caregiver, good and bad, but I honestly love what I do. I have lots of experience, and many families that I have worked with adore me. To be a good caregiver you have to be passionate, loyal and caring. You can't go into the healthcare field and think that all person needs are the same because it's not. You have to be flexible to the needs of others. Why I became a CNA I just love caring for others, to know at the end of the day that I was able to help someone that may have read the newspaper for 30 plus year's, but there health may not allow them to see very well or just someone to go get there newspaper. In life its the little things that count. And i just love being apart of the things we sometimes take for granted. .
