About me. My name isJeanette Lopez I'm 44- years old . I was born and NY raised in Puerto Rico . I would describe myself as outgoing , friendly, and talkative. I thrive when surrounded by other people, and find it easy to connect with anyone I meet. Always looking for bridges , not fences. I would also say that I have a sense of humor, and people generally enjoy my company. I am a good companion for the talk about virtually any topic. I also love traveling and exploring new places. I love cats, dogs and most all animals. I believe in lifelong learning and personal growth. I developed an interest in caregiving at a very young age. During my teenage years. I I help my mother with my grandparents . I knew since then I loved helping caring for other. I always enjoyed playing and combing my dolls hair, feeding and play cooking for them. I always look after the house keeping home cleaned and organized. I have been a Certified Home Health Aide for 20 years . I'm very patient, caring, kind, understanding, experienced and most of all reliable. I first became a caregiver when I was a teenager volunteering for the elderly with redcross. It was a wonderful experience. I enjoyed every moment of it and that's when I realised that is my passion. I like helping others to improve their well being/ health. It is my goal to make sure they are healthy, happy and stronger than they have ever been. My personal achievement will be my last patient that I had in New York. She fell down the staircase in her house and fractured her hip bone which caused her not to walk for a while. I was there to encourage her and motivate her to get up and keep going and she did just that and it was a wonderful feeling to see her improve so quickly and she didn't give up because of my encouragement.
