I've been in healthcare for over 20 years. I love helping others! I'm kind, patient and empathetic. I can provide most anything from companionship to help with daily living activities for you and/or your loved one.

I love to take care of people. I'm a caregiver by nature. I became a caregiver when my grandfather needed a aide and I just jumped right in to help as much as I could. Im very proud that I'm a certified medical assistant. I'm a tolerant ,energetic, patient ,loving, and caring young lady. Who is also efficient and very organized.

I have been a Medical Assistant since 1997 and became a CNA a few months ago because I enjoy people and I am compassionate I recently had to become my uncle's caregiver so I know how much their independence means to all people sometimes they just need companionship to reminisce. I love to listen to their stories and do anything they can't do or assist them achieve their goals. I am a very dependable person and clean driving record and background check. I am NCMA and a CNA registered in Florida, since I am taking care of my uncle I love the fact that your company lets you work your own hours, I am dedicated, goal oriented and a hard worker. If Someone asked me to tell them who I am by my life experience, I would have to say I've always been a Caregiver. In fact I really think that God put within me the traits needed to fulfill what my purpose in life would be, to Care for people. Empathy and Compassion for the struggles and needs of people, come from the difficult times I've had throughout my life and gratitude for those who came along to mentor and offer compassion to me. Being a Caregiver has been a natural progression from being a caregiver first to my family... Three of my Grand Parents had Alzheimer's disease, I helped provided care for all three. I have three grown children and five grandchildren, they all live in different states now with their families. When my children were young I operated my own State Licensed Home Daycare for many years. I have been a substitute teacher and teachers aid for grades K-7. I received my Teachers certificate from Moody Bible Institute 1981. I also home schooled my own children for a few years. The final decision to use this passion for people and pursue the training to be a professional caregiver, came at a crisis point in my life when I became the caregiver and legal guardian/conservator for my youngest son who at the age of 24 was hit by a van and was hospitalized for 2 1/2 months for a Traumatic Brain Injury. He was in a coma for a month with two years of rehabilitation after leaving the hospital. Going through that traumatic experience with my son also put me around many other people experiencing life changing events, whom I was able to help by encouraging and giving information I learned along the way. After my son got out of the hospital I went back to school and took training to be a Certified Medical Assistant, I have been using that experience, training and knowledge for the last 7 years as a in home caregiver in MI and FL.

I have 8 years of the medical field. I have worked in a nursing home for 3 years, and I have worked in the medical facility for 4 years, and I have also worked for a home care company for a year and individual for 2 years, I am experience in personal care, I have certificates in Home Health Care and a graduate diploma in Medical Assistant and also certified in CPR and First Aid. I love companionship with others and I love bringing a warmth of love in the atmosphere. Families I worked for love me and I have developed a personal relationship with each client. I believe giving 100% care to my clients. I will gladly give you references for the families I have had the privilege to work with and care for. Hello my name is Kim Phillips and I feel I am a great care giver simply because I truly care about people of all ages. I've been a care giver for close to twenty years and every client I've cared for has enriched my life because each and everyone is unique. From the handicapped children, the injured service men, cancer patients, and elderly men and women. I feel that I have touched their lives with caring and compassion . Being a great care giver doesn't stop with providing the daily essentials of bathing, toileting, incontinence care or feeding. It is so much more than that. Being able to communicate, to take an interest in their lives, show support and comfort is just as important. I am very proud of what I do and all the lives I have touched by being a great care giver.

My experience as a caregiver started when I was about 12yrs old. My grandmother would care for abandoned or drug addicted babies and I was one chosen to assist her. The same care and compassion that she had was instilled in me at a young age. I have since moved on to become a Certified Medical Assistant and past experience as a Certified CNA. I have helped many in my community care for their elderly parent so that they would not have to be placed in a home. I am a people person and I adore helping people to feel better and live a better life.
