Hello I'm Phantashia Shine, I'm a loving, outgoing, bubble personality, I love what I do and that's taking care of a family love one like my own, I've been a caregiver over 15 years and then got certified so that I am able to give the care that is needed not only the right way but the correct way by taking courses to keep up with my caregiver skills. As a caregiver I try to put myself and every situation as my own so that I can take the time to not only understand how the family member feels but also my patients, Sometimes it's not an easy task taking on someone new and not knowing the person, I try my best to understand everything and every situation. I became a caregiver because of a family member who became very ill. I became his caretaker and enjoyed taking care of him even though it was a difficult time for me.
