For example, if they say they will be there, then they show up. Trustworthy. Most people who need home care services are in a vulnerable position. Because they are inviting someone into their home to be near their valuables. Flexible. As with most things in life, needs may change and unexpected events can happen. So, it's important that a good caregiver can go with the flow. I was attracted to being a caregiver once my grandmother got sick and I had to take care of her . I enjoy meeting new people and being able to care for people that's in need of help.

My nurturing personality as a caregiver allows me to form strong emotional connections with those I serve, creating a foundation of trust and safety. Becoming a caregiver is a role that deeply resonated with me for a variety of reasons. The chance to positively impact someone's life during their most vulnerable moments is incredibly satisfying. I am drawn to the idea of offering compassionate care and support to those in need, providing comfort and companionship when it is most needed. Creating meaningful connections and helping individuals maintain their dignity and independence is what motivates me in this position. One of the things I love most about being a caregiver is the chance to positively impact someone's life. Providing comfort, support, and help to those in need gives me a strong sense of purpose and satisfaction. I enjoy being a Caregiver because it is an act of service. Additionally, it allows me to utilize my passion for the aged and underserved in our community. I have always been good with relating to older people and learning about their lives and experiences. I am proud to be a lifelong learner and student currently pursuing a degree in clinical counseling.

Alittle about me: I love people! Currently, I work and live with teens in a home setting. Most of my work history is with elderly or with adults with disabilities. My greatest quality that helps me be an amazing caregiver is my patience and my love for elderly people. God has gifted me with a talent of taking care of those in need. My main reason to become a Social Work was to help people in need. My next chapter in my life is to get my Masters in Social Work with specializing in geriatric's and childcare. Both these areas of study are my passion,and love which I am equally invested. My most favorite memory of caregiving was taking care of my own mom while she walked through cancer and treatment until she passed away. That experience has taught me their are so many stories just like my mom's but walk through it alone. I am very confident that you will be blessed to choose me to take care of your young or elderly.
