I have been a great caregiver for five years. I enjoy caring and talking to the elderly. I have taken care of some of my elderly family members, which I enjoyed. I enjoy running errands, transportation, preparing home-cooked meals, medication reminder and light housekeeping. I always keep my client's information confidential. My clients and I always seem to have good communication and a good connection.

I am a healthcare professional with 25+ years experience working in geriatric, memory care, dementia and Alzheimer's patients. I work in hospice care, palliative medicine, end of life care. I am a patient, compassionate, good listener, kind, caring caregiver. I do skilled nursing, wound care, first aid, post surgery care for transitioning patients to homecare. My start in healthcare was volunteering at the Red Cross, church and community outreach , I have worked eight years at the Washtenaw County DHS with CLS/CMH organizations as consumer advocate . I have worked long years managing assisted living facilities, nursing homes, directing memory care units, training, teaching and mentoring. I have earned Bachelor's of Science from EMU and Surgical Technology program from WCC. I am passionate about helping people to better their lives and improve their health.

I like helping people . One day I am going to get old and I hope someone takes care of me as well as I have taken care of people in the pass. I am a firm believer that if you are good to people ,people will be good to you. I am very good at what I do and like doing this type of work. I have been doing this kind of work for over 25 years. I am 57 years old and also certified. I am very dependable. Also very flexible, I am not married and don't have kids. I am also willing to go out of town if it is a good fit for me. Also have my own car so transportation will not be a problem. All I ask for is a chance I know you will like me and my work.

First I have been doing this for eight years as I said before I have worked in the Adult family home wish you know you have to do everything breakfast lunch and dinner shower grooming dress and also assistant living and also hospice center. I know for sure what I wanted to do in life taking care of babies are adults no I'm working at a space Center wish I love my job so much. Working at adult family home you have to be patient and re-approach be gentle and kind also the assistant living it's the same thing you just got a re-approach them be gentle be patient as I always say is the little things that counts and matters I'm not perfect everyone to make mistakes but I try my best to learn from them and you're never too old to learn more I remember I was at work one One of my patient was laying down and they have a visitor and I was trying to feed him something he turned to me and said I appreciate this so much because he was not taking anything before and look he is taking a few bites that made me feel so good so I feel like I'm doing something.

After 25 years of caregiving experience, I am convinced that this is one of my life's passions; providing care services gives me great satisfaction. I enjoy helping patients reach their highest level of functionality. My style of care provides peace of mind and solutions for those in need of caregivers for their family and friends.
