Each human being need someone in their lives, specially adulthood who are sick and need special care.My goal was always become an aide to take care of sick people or people who cannot do anything. I like to make them feel very comfortable, listen to them and do the essential of what they need to be done.

I'm very friendly and gentle.I get alone with everybody's.I like to help elderly people.The most attracted me to be a caregiver same time they don't have Childrens .When you do something for them they said thank you so much again and again .Even you give them same water they said thank you so much.I like doing exercise active range of motion play bingo with them andmany things .l like to talk to them .I always encourage them to eat even they don't want to. I reminder them to take the medication.

Im a state certified nursing assistant through the Red Cross Im very down to earth humble women! I love to help others! And I have a very big heart for the elderly community I have had 6 years of long term care experience, skilled in dementia and Alzheimer's care. I also know Spanish and American Sign Language. I'm also phlebotomy and EKG certified I worked on a adult and pediatric medsurg floor at Beverly hospital and I've been a cna for 6 years, been very fortunate enough to have amazing experiences with all ages in healthcare specifically And extensively with the geriatric community I am very dependable responsible and compassionate and will go above and beyond for my patient's. I have experience in long term care, I'm specialized in rehab dementia, hospice an all elderly care, I also have adult MedSurg hospital experience with all ages from newborn to geriatric, also psychiatric. I'm phlebotomy certified I am also trilingual I know English Spanish and American sign language. I have a car I am willing to travel I am also med tech certified. I also have experience with caring for individuals that have disability's or paraplegic's and vent in trach care. I've also had the opportunity to take care of in-home hospice care and end of life. I'm OSHA certified. I am CPR and first aid BLS certified. I am also trained and certified for COVID-19 and can provide all precautions such as PPE N95s and I'm able to educate and provide all measures to protect.

What I like about being a caregiver is you can learn many things, whether you work in a nursing home, or a hospital, and it opens many doors of opportunity, especially if your trying to further your education in the health field. 3. A personal achievement that im proud of that I achieve is graduating high school, getting my CNA license, and im working towards achieving more of my goals in the future. 4. Im a hard working individual, I been a nursing assistant for 6 years, going to attending college Winter/Spring term, going for my LPN license.

I decided to become a caregiver because I wanted to help those who cannot fully help themselves. I like seeing the progress and growth of my patients when giving care on a day to day basis . A personal achievement of mine is when I graduated from the Community Action's CNA/HHA course because I put fourth a lot of effort into this course. I am a caring individual who relishes new opportunities .

My eight years experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant has given me a great exposure dealing with different kinds of patients at different ages with various ailments. My interest of helping others drew me into the health care field. My future goal is to be a Physician assistant and since that is in the distant future, I decided to get a career that will immediately help me fulfill the desire of helping others whiles I work on my imminent goal. Hence I choose to be a CNA. Being a CNA, I have worked with several agencies and a hospital (Massachusetts General Hospital-Boston). Experiences acquired from these facilities have made me gained extreme passion for what I do. I have also learnt more skills and techniques when dealing with seniors, clients and patients. I start to work as a housekeeping for elderly persons and I realize that I want to do more, have the one on one time. So I when went back to school and graduated as a nurse's assistant, I enjoy working with the elderly. What I like about be a caregiver is spending the time and give them the attention and help that they need. I have a client who have a left side paralyzed she was in a wheelchair and unable to walk and because I encourage her to do the exercise every day and don't give up, she is now walking with a cane and keeps working hard every day to get better. I'm proud that I made a positive change in someone's life. I love my job and I like to help people that need help, I can assist with all activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing and grooming. I'm a hard working, responsible, caring and loving person very easy going and a great listener. I'm seeking a great opportunity as a private caregiver, I can make a difference.

I became a Caregiver because growing up, I had been around my great grandparents. I learned how dependent they were on other people, and at a young age learned that they require a lot of patience and empathy. They are almost completely dependent on you and to be there for them we have to be strong, patient and caring. My main belief, to treat others the same way you want to be treated allows me to be the best caregiver that I can. I like the feeling of accomplishment after a days work of helping someone. A personal acheivement that I am proud of would be when I had my first nursing aide job. I had struggled the first couple of days, but within weeks I was doing great at my job, I was enjoying it and believe it or not I was training and helping others. This gave me a great sense of self accomplishment. I enjoy helping others, can be very hard-working, flexible, respectful, and honest.
