I am a compassionate and empathetic CNA with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. I started my career as an elderly caregiver when I was taking care of my grandmother at the age of 15 years old. Therefore, I polished my personal care and ADL assistance skills. Additionally, I have four years of experience in the home care field. I graduated from Red Cross Nursing Assistant program in 2014. I've worked in multiple settings; home care, assisted living and nursing home experience. I am passionate about providing care and being a companion to my clients. That's why I feel that nursing assistance is a profession that's suits me. I am able to be a passionate individual who learns everyday from those I care for.
I think I am a great caregiver because i have been in this field for a year and a half now and worked with agencies and i think with the experience I've gained and the positive reviews i've had, i seem qualified to be an independent caregiver. My doors are always open to care seekers.
