I became a C.N.A because I had a family member Who was terminally ill and I know how emotionally taxing it was on me and my loved ones to find a caregiver that showed not just the skill set but the compassion that it took to treat my family like there own. So I keep that in mind on every client that I take. I plan to bring i high skill set along with compassion to every person I encounter because they're not just a client to me they're family.

Caring with Love and compassion will always be my goal in this field. Since I was a little girl I helped take care of my great grandmother. Fast forward to 1990, I knew I wanted to be of help and I made it to CNA school to get Certified! I started w/ Nursing/ Rehab in California and finally moved back to Hawaii to be closer to family. There I started helping out w/ taking care of Family and eventually started working for Agencies. One thing I know w/ having to work both Facilities & Homes, it's both rewarding. Difference is Time & Quality of Care! Facility definitely needing to manage Time/ Quality for each patients. Home Care is best for Patient. Time & Quality of Care is much appreciated both by Patient & Caregiver. I would like to extend my Time to other's in need. It will be a pleasure to be of assistance in this trying time. I believe that I'm a great caregiver because I do the right thing and have been in this field for over 20 years making a difference in someone's life is extremely important to me. I start taking care of people at a young age as I was raised by my elderly grandparents.

1)i like taking care of people. 2) making a difference in their lives. 3) having the people i take care of say that they like me and want no one else. 4) i have always liked working for the elderly and children, so i became a cna in 2005. i have done cna work since the 1980's so i decided to become a cna. it really hasnt increased the wages as much as i thought it would have, it was suppose to. i hope to take other courses to further my education in the future , maybe that will increase my wages, i am devoted to what i do, and the people who i help, anna case

I am a well-seasoned professional and compassionate CNA for 20 years. I take pride in providing excellent compassionate care with dignity and respect. I enjoy spending quality time with those I care for and knowing that I make a difference. I have worked in Long-Term Care rehabilitation facilities and also Hospice. I have cared for those with Dementia, Parkinson's, MS, Cancer, Strokes, etc.

I am a full time hospice aide and have worked in this field for the last 9 years . I am looking for part time on Sunday, Wednesday and Friday evenings, to supplement my income.
