What I enjoy most is making them feel safe and happy. I'm proud of the fact that I cared for a families mother for more than 5 years and did my best to make her healthy and happy.

My "first career" consisted in working for the government for 18 years as a contacting officer, which I retired from in 2005. Hello, my name is Elizabeth. I am currently working part-time as a Care Partner at Sentara Hospital in a Surgical Unit for the past 2 years as well as one additional year in Orthopedics. I am also getting my Master's in Entry Level Nursing (RN program). I have a little over one year left. Most of my classes are online, which would not affect my ability to take care of you or your loved one. I love taking care of individuals of all ages, particularly the elderly. I take pride in my work. I am a hard-worker. Additionally, from my past three years in hospitals, I have taken care of patients with various conditions from strokes, dementia, and post-surgical to name a few.

I became a caregiver because I liked working with the elderly. I'm a people person and I enjoyed helping others. My most personal achievement was getting my certification as a nursing assistant. I'm from North Carolina, I'm married with three children and three grandchildren and I moved to Virginia after graduation. I work at the motel for years as a housekeeper.
