I have been a great caregiver for five years. I enjoy caring and talking to the elderly. I have taken care of some of my elderly family members, which I enjoyed. I enjoy running errands, transportation, preparing home-cooked meals, medication reminder and light housekeeping. I always keep my client's information confidential. My clients and I always seem to have good communication and a good connection.

I am a great caregiver because I am attentive, loving, cheerful and easy to talk to. I have worked with a Dementia patient for over 5 yrs. A lot of experience in transporting clients. What attracted me to caregiving was the first time I was asked to go shopping for an elderly lady & sat and talked with her for a while. It really blessed me to see what it meant for her to have company & someone to talk to. What I enjoy most about caregiving is putting a little happiness or a bright spot in an elderly person's life.

I am a teachers assistant with the Wake County Public School System, as well as a Habilitated Technician. I work with special needs, behavioral, and children with autism as well as adults. I have certifications in CPR, First Aide, Medical Administration, NCI A &B and a host of others. I've been doing this for 12 years. I've also worked in customer service in retail for 15 years so I know what it takes to be hands on and how to satisfy people. I've been caring for people for more than 20 years through service. I'm dedicated, compassionate, and loyal , but most of all dependable.

I became a caregiver because I was able to take care of my sick mother home for 4 years until it turned into Hospice care at my home. I am trustworthy with training, education, and guidance with caring for families , so they will receive emotional support and are comfortable in their environment. My compassion for patients allows me to have understanding and be attentive to their needs. I will follow set rules be punctual, and show good time - management. Quality of care and safety for patients are very important to me.
