Hello my name is Tavia and I have been a Caregiver since 1998. I became a CNA because back in High School I went to various nursing homes and hospitals to volunteer to help the elderly and I enjoyed it. I love making a difference and treating people how I want to be treated. What I like most is building relationships and giving my client a great experience. A personal achievement I am proud is being a successful CNA and becoming a advocate for seniors. I am a great CNA with lots of energy and great communication with tons of CNA background. I became a caregiver after my grandmother passed, she always helped and care for people. This is my way of honoring her in a way. I love the fact that I make a differences in someone's live. I started working as a Nurse Aide we back 2009 in Elkhart,KS. afterwards i passed the test as a Certified Nursing Aide then afterwards i passed another test as a Certified Medication Aide. I like to work being a caregiver because I treat the elderly people as my parents or my grand parents because i don't have a parents or grand parents anymore. Where ever i worked nobody's complained my performances from my co workers, charge nurse,supervisor, employer and the family of the elderly people, and also the trust of the people to me i always kept where ever i go. i have two kids, my son 20 yr old and my daughter 18yr old. Currently i work in Bridgeway Care Center as per diem at Hillsborough, NJ as a CNA, i work also private care at home inThree Bridges, NJ.
