My name is Lindsey and I have been a CNA for 2 years in a nursing home setting, I love my residents and I love my job I am just looking for a change since I have worked in the same facility for almost 4 years now. I have always loved taking care of people ever since I could remember. I love the connections I have built with the people I have been taking care of. I always say my residents are like family and I take care of them as I would want my family to be taken care of.

I have been a CNA for the past 5 years and currently I am in nursing school. My time in nursing school really honed my skills and knowledge, which has been invaluable in caregiving. Personal experiences have taught me compassion and resilience, essential traits in this field. The combination of formal education and real-life interactions has shaped me into a caregiver who is both competent and caring. It's been a journey of learning and personal growth that I'm truly proud of.

I just always had a passion to help others it's just something I love doing. Being able to give someone that extra help they need so that they can stay in their own homes makes me love what I do even more and also just seeing the joy that I bring into their lives not only makes their day but it also makes mine. Going back to school and receiving 3 certifications was a big accomplishment for me. I am a motivated quick learning who is eager to help others. I am very passionate about my work, I love what I do. I have worked in hospitals, nursing homes as well as homecare settings.

I migrated from the Philippines to US leaving behind my family specially my now 84 year old mother and seven grandchildren. The work of a caregiver or a CNA brings me back the care and love I shared with my families. Being with people and taking care of them is like I am taking care of my family and this inspires me to do my job to the best as i could.

I became a caregiver 9yrs ago because I am passionate in helping people I love being a caregiver because I feel like I'm giving plp hope I'm proud of helping plp in the time of need I am very dedicated in loyal to what I do

I am a great car giver because I worry more about my residents needs and wants. I love looking at the smiles that I put on their faces. Just to make the little bit of time they have left, the best. A personal achieve ment I have accomplished, would have to be spending the last year of my great grandmother's life with her each day and night. I can actually say that I love my residents and take care of them as if they are my family.

Because I cared for me my grandmother and my mother when they was ill. making people smile and feeling good about them self that I can help other in need .well I been do this work over 20 year in counting.im aslo a patient person when it come to other I enjoy assisting people with there daily route .

I become a caretaker at the age of 16, i quit my job to take care of my dying grandmother. I was told had a special gift . I become a cretified nurses aid and I have been taking care of people for 33Years . I love my job, I am very caring , patient and kind. I take great pride in my work. I have won awards working for st peters hospital as CNA of the year. several times. I am proud of my self I am also very responsible, reliable you can always count on me and i will never let you down. I also work at St Peter's Hospital on med/surg my experiece is in everything .
