I got into caregiving on accident. I was looking for employment and a friends suggested I apply at her job which was Alzheimer's assistant living. I got the job and realized I loved it! I became state tested and have been in this line of business for 14 years. I love taking care of people who can't fully take care of themselves. There is pride in helping others and I am humble that God chose me to be the voice and care taker for some who can't express their needs and others who just need help along the way. I am proudest of accomplishing my PCA II which is a promotion from PCA acknowledging I am proficient in my level of expertise and care. I am also a safety coach and a proud member of the safe patient handling committee at my current employer that looks at proper ergonomics and equipment that keep both the patient and caregivers safe and free from injury. I do not have a car but I do use Lyft and Uber to travel if that's okay.

I took care of my grand mom and assisted her with care and chores around the house. I assisted neighbors with light cleaning and companion their parents. That experience encouraged me to become a nurse aid and housekeeper. I got my nurse aid license in 1990 and its always been in good standing. it feels good to have the skills and experience to help others. I been working in private residents ,homes and facilities. I am dependable with good references and I drive a vehicle but could drive you in your vehicle if you prefer. If you gotta animals I prefer they be put in another room while i am there due to pass experience. I enjoy different activities indoors and outdoors. I got great cleaning,sitter,grocery shopping,laundry,companion and driver experience. I am patient with a bubbly caring attitude. Most clients get attached to me sooner than expected.
