Hello, my name is Lynn hall and I became a caregiver after my divorce, I had no experience and honestly not much work experience as was a stay at home mother.My neighbor said I should try caregiving as she thought I would be a good fit! Well here I am almost 12 years later and I love taking care of people. Being a mother of 3 I think that made a huge difference. Thank you for reading this.

Welcoming you with warm wishes. Just wanted to share alittle about me. I'm 34 yrs old. I've worked since age 14yrs. My mom was a single mom raising 3 kids. I enjoyed working hard and I have always been a giving hearted person. I remember I used to get my paychecks an was so excited I was able to but my mom dinner from a days hard of work. I was first introduced to an entry level position in the State of Kansas as a Residential Trainer for people who face physical and mental challenges and I did that for 3 years. It was so rewarding. Very hard work but I have always been very open to learning new things and I enjoy challenges. If we stay in where were comfortable. The you limit yourself from learning and doing what you can to be the hands and feet for Gods kingdom. After doing that for 3 yrs I decided to get my nurses aide license and doing that for so many years has been such a wonderful opportunity. I absolutely love my elders and I AM THE VOICE WHO SPEAKS UP FOR THEM. I believe that there is way too many people shoved in a room with a facility that lacks sufficient staffing to give the residents attention to give them the essentials like a regular bath and hygiene and clothes put on. I've seen too much of the THE BAD AND THE UGLY in institutions and to me that's NO WAY for anyone to live or spend there retirement in. I love talking and sharing stories, praying, I enjoy providing exceptional care to all clients I come in contact. I'm very friendly. My passion in life is people going above and beyond the call of duty. I'm flexible and reliable as I dont have any kids. Just 3 sweet dogs. I became a caregiver because my mother was a nurse. She did home health care for years and she always talked about how much she loved it. When I started into this field it was in hospice care and I loved it. I loved being there with families and helping them through the very difficult times. I always spent more time than required so I could ensure that things were the best they could be considering the situation. I tend to be a fairly quite person at first but become chattery once I feel comfortable. I have always been that way but I have become better with age. I love helping people. And spending time just talking if that's all they would like.

I am very compassionate person who enjoys going above and beyond for anyone. I enjoy taking care of people and helping them feel great about themselfs and thier lives. I enjoy taking care of others because its nice to make a difference in someones life and to build a great bond with that person and help them know they are not alone. I am a very big person on patient rights so i will not force any care on anyone if they refuse i will jusy contact the family or person responsible for the patient/client.

I am a very kind and patient caregiver. I love what I do. I go above and beyond to ensure that a person can stay in their home. I understand the importance of being on time, and showing up for the job.

I have a passion for caring and helping others. I enjoy listening to the residents and learning about their life stories. Successfully completing the Red Cross STNA program. I'm looking forward to furthering my education

I come from a family that is in all parts of the health care field. I have Stna and Dietary experience. Currently i am a state certified STNA as well as nationally certified in Ekg, Phlebotomy, and Point of care. I am just looking for something a little more personal, that is why i am interested in home health.
