Welcoming you with warm wishes. Just wanted to share alittle about me. I'm 34 yrs old. I've worked since age 14yrs. My mom was a single mom raising 3 kids. I enjoyed working hard and I have always been a giving hearted person. I remember I used to get my paychecks an was so excited I was able to but my mom dinner from a days hard of work. I was first introduced to an entry level position in the State of Kansas as a Residential Trainer for people who face physical and mental challenges and I did that for 3 years. It was so rewarding. Very hard work but I have always been very open to learning new things and I enjoy challenges. If we stay in where were comfortable. The you limit yourself from learning and doing what you can to be the hands and feet for Gods kingdom. After doing that for 3 yrs I decided to get my nurses aide license and doing that for so many years has been such a wonderful opportunity. I absolutely love my elders and I AM THE VOICE WHO SPEAKS UP FOR THEM. I believe that there is way too many people shoved in a room with a facility that lacks sufficient staffing to give the residents attention to give them the essentials like a regular bath and hygiene and clothes put on. I've seen too much of the THE BAD AND THE UGLY in institutions and to me that's NO WAY for anyone to live or spend there retirement in. I love talking and sharing stories, praying, I enjoy providing exceptional care to all clients I come in contact. I'm very friendly. My passion in life is people going above and beyond the call of duty. I'm flexible and reliable as I dont have any kids. Just 3 sweet dogs. I love taking and helping people. Putting smiles on peoples faces and making sure that they are well taken care of. That I have been taking care of patients for 15 years and I love it and enjoy it. I became an stna in 2000, I wanted to be like my grandma a nurse but i have never made it that far because I like the line of work i do now. I just love taking care of people regardless. I am a caring person, and love what i do.

I'm very loving and compassionate person who enjoy helping elderly people. I'm very patient and flexible. I'm a very honest and reliable person. I really enjoy helping people. It's very rewarding to be able to help someone. My personal achievement is I've been working seven years as a caregiver. I'm a licensed STNA.

I became a caregiver because my mother was a nurse. She did home health care for years and she always talked about how much she loved it. When I started into this field it was in hospice care and I loved it. I loved being there with families and helping them through the very difficult times. I always spent more time than required so I could ensure that things were the best they could be considering the situation. I tend to be a fairly quite person at first but become chattery once I feel comfortable. I have always been that way but I have become better with age. I love helping people. And spending time just talking if that's all they would like.

I have provided care to several clients with different needs for many years. I take pride in performing task to the best of my abilities. It brings me joy to know I have helped an individual achieve there goals. I value dignity, respect, and independence.

I am a RN with experience in home health nursing. I worked two years part time as a personal care aid. I worked for one family taking care of their autistic teenage son. After receiving my RN credentials I wanted to continue home health care. I worked as a visiting nurse for an agency for 6 months. November of 2015 I received a provider number for Medicaid waiver nursing and have been working as an Independent nurse since then.

I feel im a great care giver because I enjoy being able to help others. Im a happy optiamistic person who,just enjoys life even when things arent going right. I can cheer anyone up and brightwn spirits when I walk in a room. I enjoy for thinfs to be organized and clean.
