I feel what makes me a great caregiver are a few reasons: I'm experienced in this field, I'm patient and I know what to expect and how to handle whatever occurs from the job. I became a caregiver because it was similar to the very first job I had, which was a patient attendant at U of M Hospital, that was a rewarding job that I enjoyed, and ever since then I've been in this field most of my time working. I like being a caregiver because I like helping people, and the job is very rewarding despite things that may occur on the job. I have my CNA diploma.

I always new I wanted to be a caregiver at a very young age . My grandmother would help all the elderly in the neighborhood and I tagged along to help . From high school I went to Owens college for my certification to become an Aide . I've learned through years of experience to blend in the ways of caring to becoming friends with the patient. Learning their life and what is their routine , what they like or dislike. Keep moving ( move it or lose it ) daily range of motion and exercise is important,.Keep living and enjoy what you can . Over 28 years of caring for people ,I became friends with so many family's that I still have contact with and referrals from their family and friends.

A good caregiver is attentive and responds to situations in a timely manner. A patient, especially the elderly, needs constant care and attention. I have been working with the elderly for several years and I am a Good caregiver. I enjoy working with people I enjoy making my clients laugh and most enjoy jobs where I have one-on-one interaction with others. I enjoy taking care of elder family members and would like to help others in this way.

I care about others. This means, no need to ask a family member for personal request, i am here to provide assistance for you to remain independent. I will give my attention when listening. I have been working in the medical field since 2001. I started as a nursing assistant. I have done long term care, home care and worked with all ages as well as individuals with developmental disabilities. This is my passion. I love what I do and I love my clients like I love my own family.

I have been caring for young adults with Autism and other mental health issues for a long time now. I love caring for other people. I feel it is not only my calling in this life but my passion as well. I have seen to many differently abled people fall through the cracks and families that seem to want to give up. That is where I come in. I see myself as the one that can truly make a difference in their lives. I am very good at turning a potential bad situation into a good one.

Hello my name is Monica White I'm 50year's of age married 13 year's I have 3 Adult children and 5 Grandbaby's. I have been in this field for 11 year's I have a very Sparky personality and I'm flexible I love to stand out from the crowd when doing my caregiver duties Yes I go above and beyond Yes i enjoy taking care of patients because I always keep in mind hey this could be me or one of my family members my personal achievements I'm proud of is that I grow a bond with people that I have to care for and I love to see that I can make them smile or love and appreciate me being all I can be for them to help them make it through day to day life ETC. I enjoy Music,Movies,Skateting,Coloring,Word finds.
