I got into the career because my younger sister has multiple degenerative disorders that have left her wheelchair bound, but actively achieving! Hi all, My name is Lindsay McShane and I'm a recent graduate from Oregon State University. I majored in kinesiology, minored in psychology, and was a member of the OSU Women's Track and Field team for the past five years. I am a certified nursing assistant and will be heading to nursing school in late October 2021. In the meantime, I have been doing some caregiving for a family friend's 85-year-old father. Seeing how much he values staying in his own home and him getting to remain as independent as possible has inspired me to find more caregiver opportunities. I'm hoping to find some meaningful part-time work that will fit nicely with my schedule. Hopefully I can provide what you or your loved one needs!

I love helping the elderly and just loving on them. I am very compassionate and love learning about my patients life.
