What makes me a good caregiver is that I have 9 years experience I get along great with people and I have patience. I love the fact that my son sees and knows what I do and said he wants to do the same thing I do when he gets older.

I love taking care of people that need that little bit of help. I love everything about it. That my heart is in my job and I take of my resident the way I would want my family taken care of and I love that so many family tell me I need to become a RN because I am great at what I do n I would be a great RN.
