I'm a natural leader. I've eventually been promoted to a leadership role in almost every job because I like to help people. I find coworkers usually come to me with questions or concerns even when I'm not in a leadership role because if I don't know the answer, I'll at least point them in the right direction. I am a certified EMT. I have worked in roles of customer service since I was 16 and find that is where I thrive. In such roles in which I am able to help provide assistance or a service to another individual on a daily basis.

I am a great worker, I normally work about 100 to 120 hours a pay period in the summer and about 35-50 during my college semesters. I was a cheerleader for years so I have a great attitude. I became a caregiver because I realized the need for great ones in the industry. I have experience working with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities as well as advanced age care. I enjoy my job as I get to be close to people who may not have any other close people or caregivers in their life.

I am a Mother of 4 fabulous children which I believe naturally makes me a caregiver. I became a caregiver right out of high school and my experience takes me all over, from nursing home, hospital, cancer patients, trauma patients, pediatric patients, to home health care. I pride myself in taking care of your loved one the way I would take care of my loved ones.

I'm 27 years old, I've been doing nursing home care, private duty, assisted living care for over a year now. I love what I do and I enjoy helping anyone and everyone. I started as an CNA to help others who can't help themselves. It's a very hard but rewarding career. I'm very punctual, hard worker and very much the people person. It lights up my day to make someone smile and to be able to give them the care that they deserve. You won't be disappointed.

I want to be a care giver because I just spent the past six months taking care of my father who has since passed on, I enjoyed spending time with him even though in the end he really didn't remember that I was his daughter anymore. I love helping others, in a way I think it helps to fill a void in ones life. I think that Geriatrics is my specialty I enjoy it because the clients have so much wisdom to share. I like to think I will help to improve their quality of life and ease some suffering. An employer should hire me because I know you need staff who can show true compassion, who are good with elder clients and who will make sure that the client has all that they need before my shift ends and things are left tidy. I really enjoy working with all different types of people, and helping them stay as independent as they can be. It’s really important to me to be polite and friendly, when I worked in the retail field I tried to get every customer to smile before they left my store! It has been a while since I had to take care of another person be sides myself, my youngest child is 27 years old , but I don’t think you lose the passion to please the others and make sure they always get the care they need– I haven’t.
